Is there any sample ICC script for multimode Clock Tree Synthesis

In real design, there must be at least 2 working mode in an SOC. one is normal function, the other is scan DFT.

The clocks are very complicated to handle when SOC is getting bigger and bigger.

Multimode CTS is introduce by ICC to solve this problem. But How do we use it, anybody can give me a complete example?
