Is there any method to use awaves to see the voltage/current

in the lis files of hspice, this components appears such as X1.X2.X1
 

I'm not familiar to HSPICE, but generally, data collection for subcircuit nodes must be enabled either generally or selectively to see it with other SPICE variants-

yes, you can set command to do so !
