use matlab 2007a or octave!!!

enjoy

MATLAB 7.0 runs both on Windows and MATLAB. There is no need of separate versions

Try SciLab from scilab.org

Octave has almost the same syntax as Matlab, and is free software.

I'm little confused about MATLAB 7.0 ,its setup is a .exe file I believe .How would I run the .exe file on LINUX ?

Thanks in advance .
