I'd like to gain some abroad experience. But I don't know if it's easy for a foreigner majored in analog IC design to find a job in your country? If so, what's the requirement.

In China, There are so many companies like that.You can come there.
 

You also could find work in eastern europe where is a shortage of IC designers at the moment
