Is there any body know WOSA/XFS driver?

Hi, guys!
I have ic/magnetic card reader,which applied to ATM machine.But, there is a standard in the erea, that's WOSA/XFS.So, i should write a software to drive our card reader according to WOSA/XFS.Do any body know this?Could you give me some ideas?
