Newark (www.newark.com) seems to have some in stock...

I also have an unused M68HC11EVBU "Universal Evaluation Board" on the shelf here if you or anyone would care to make an offer... It contains circuit board with prototyping area, 68HC11E9FN1 with monitor (downloader), power supply, several manuals and references manuals, and serial cable... Just the way it was shipped from Motorola...

Which family IC exactly do u want..? I have an xtra m68hc11e1..up for grabs. Oh and don't bother Newark, the MCU had been taken off the shelves ages ago..might want to look into hobby sites..
