Yes, the same problem I have faced to face...
IC5.033 rejects also psin component when "source type "is set to sine
It works only if it's set to dc
I have searched in "known problems and solutions" database of Cadence and i could find only that psin components should be changed with port component. In this case simulations work ...
But before, in either 446 and 5.033 psin component was working.
It's really weird.
I think psin components will be used for only terminations.
