uh,My neck feels pain if doing much layout. My eyes also feel uncomfortable.It is a hard work.

IC LAYOUT JOB is GOOD...VERY GOOD... but not for the faint hearted.
If you have the background in semiconductor it'll be a good start...

Depends WHAT kind of layout you want to do - digital layout is mastering the tools for place/rout resim, optimization - and in my opinion it is boring.
Analog layout - I like. I do always layouts of all my designs. It is very very hard to find GOOD!!!!! analog layout people. You have to understand what you do. If you do analog RF it is even worse. But be sure that you will never be appreciated.
