Hi anyone,
Is it possible to use ustrip transmission line as phase shifter at 2.4GHz? and phase error below 5%. I need 8 different phase output from a power divider.
No problem, you just need to calculate the corresponding lengths.
(*) The only difficulty can come up with FR4 substrate where permittivity has large tolerances. There are suppliers who provide quality controlled (permittivity controlled) FR4-like materials. Or you choose a better quality RF substrate from the beginning, which also has lower loss. Better quality substrates also have lower loss, causing in less variation of insertion loss between the different path lengths.
