hi,
i have to separate the real time and non real time files.
is it possible to separate the files based on its extension...like avi,wav,txt
in C
if possible plz tell the way...

I guess it should be easy.
Use a script to sort out files based on file extensions and move them into different folders. I can do and give it for you, if you can clearly give me your requirements.

you can seprate files by reading file name spilt it in extention and name by (.) symbol then compare extention to decide.
