Is it possible to have many users in one PC?. Is there any way. Please reply.
 

As you explain, I assumed that you need to use one CPU for many users with separate monitor, keypad and mouse.

You have to connect all PC and then check in your windows desktop there is My Network Places folder you can easily visit to other PC at a time.
