is it possible to do decoding of data in the microcontroller?v hav encoded the data and transmited it through rf transmitter and at the receiver side the data is received by rf receiver ic and output of receiver is sent to uc is it gng to work?

The data inside a controller is in hex format. So in order to read the data inside the controller you should first convert the hex code to any other accessible format so that you could decode the information what you have written inside the controller.Try to do that conversion of hex code to any other format.
