1v to 5v

is it possible to use a DCDC to boost up 1V to 5V?

how to boost 1v

the best is texas instrument TPS61042 can bost voltage upto 30 volt from 1 volt input

regards

1.5v to 5v boost

Fragrance
I think 1V0 input might be too low for TPS61042
and 30v0 too high for output:

Vin(Min)(V) 1.8
Vin(Max)(V) 6
Type Inductive
LED(#) 6
LED Configuration Series
Switch Current Limit(Typ)(A) 0.5
Over-Voltage Protection(Min)(V) 28
Peak Efficiency(%) 85
Iq(Typ)(mA) 0.038
Shutdown Current(Typ)(uA) 0.1
Switching Frequency(Max)(kHz) 1000
Topology Boost
Iout(Max)(A) 0.03
Operating Temp Range(Celsius) -40 to 85
Pin/Package 8SON

obtain 5v from 1.5v

not sure what you are trying to do. What is your source, what is power rating are you expecting to get, please provide more details.

Good Lack!!!

how can i drop 1 volt from 5 volts?

Hi, No problem. I even boosted 0.2 Volts to 8 Volts DC at 30mA, with simple components no SMPS IC's or something like that.

Paul.

1,5v transistor boost

Try MC34063, 1.5A Step-up/down switcher. There is a online design tool which will let you to calculate component values

Could you please give more details of your design, including cirucit diagram and may be some construction details.

I had built 1.5V to 5V booster with transistors but cannot get more than 20mA.

boost from 1 v to 5 v

JFET-based dc/dc converter operates from 300-mV supply

booster 2,5 volt

Hi,

I used the following components:

BSS138 N-MFET
Coil of 220uH
and 22uF Capacitor.
Diode low drop fast type any will do. Vt=0.23 V

I used a frequency of 1 MHz and dc of 60- 80 %.

Normal step-up topologie

regards,

Paul.

boost 5v 1 v

I think there is no any technical problem.

best regards
