i use a 50 ohm coaxial cable as an antenna. so is the load impedance 50 ohms or 100 ohms? just trying to make sure i understand the response.Depends on what Z antenna is. The coax is 50 ohms, but the coax
termination is seen at the source end, eg. the coax is a transmission
line.

It's possible if you use the coax outer conductor as antenna wire. In this case you would connect the SMA ground pin to the transmitter output. Of course there's no advantage of having a coax cable, it's used as a thick wire.why not use a coaxial cable as an antenna? at 100 megahertz the coaxial cable would be 1/4 of a wavelength long.
