Is CDMA mobile network cellular ?

can CDMA mobile networks be considered cellular ?
 

How can it be called cellular ? The whole signal is spread into the spectrum.

If u can tell us, what u have understood about the term "Cellular" in communication, it would be easy for us to answer ur question.

Yeah but every cell has a different pn sequence. And when we talk of cellular communication, we mean that there is a serving node that provides service to all users in a service area. That service area is called cell. I'm not sure if you follow this definition
