Is ATxmega256A3 reliable for mass production?

Is ATxmega256A3 reliable for mass production?Is its hardware as good as mega series against noise and works nice for long term in normal industerial conditions?

do you used it in mass production? Are you satisfied?

The answer to your question is mostly design dependent

whether you design it for industrial,medical or consumer environment

I need more info to answer your question

and it is also depend on the quantity you are going to manufacture 100,1000....100K unit

Assume that my design is good and have no bug,I want to make 10 sample at first and test it for 1 month then make others,if there is a bug in my first design I will modify it.

I mean is xmega itself usable for mass production? Is it robust?
