when I try to simulate structures whose dimensions are much smaller compared to the wavelength I am getting "solver stopped due to memory exceptions". I dont know what does this error mean and I have no clue why this happens. Typical wavelength is 3 cm and the smallest structure size is 0.2 mm. I would appreciate if someone can help. Thanks in advance
