Is Ansys Electronics Suite 2022 HFSS software?

I have seen somewhere Ansys Electronics Suite 2022. My doubt is, is it HFSS 22 software? Clarify it.

As far as know, "Ansys Electronics Suite" is an umbrella term for different licenses. There's e.g. "Ansys Electronics Premium HFSS" containing HFSS 3D solver.

Confirm that will it function as similar as HFSS?

This has nothing to do with illegal downloads.
Electronics Desktop is an official software from Ansys which hosts: HFSS, Maxwell, Nexxim and others.

Electronics Desktop is HFSS. HFSS is not Electronics Desktop.

HFSS is a product bundle of Ansys Electronics, which can be purchased (or not) together with other bundles as, Ansys Icepak, Ansys Maxwell, etc.
