Hi,

I am doing a project which needs +5V and -5V supply voltages. Therefore I need a process can withstand 10V at least. Do you know in which foundry the 10V CMOS process is still available? Do they support MPW? Thanks.

Hi Gevy,

Thanks. I already check XFAB's website, but dunno their HVMOS is CMOS or DMOS. I know DMOS has higher Vth and in most case you cannot change its channel length.

Best regards
Stan

Hi Stan,

I used to work for Xfab! You should definitely go with them. ;) Anyway, I asked one of my friends there and they have both DMOS and CMOS high voltage technologies capable of handling 10V and more.

Kris

Hi Kris,

That's great! Thank you so much!

Best regards

Should be. Because we use 40V MOS process for power management.
