ir2110 and 555 circuit does not working

connecting all grounds is ok? is there any exception?
 

Electricity and electronic circuits always have a minimum of two wires. One wire is for the signal and the other wire is the ground wire.
If an input ground wire is not connected to the ground of a circuit then the circuit will do nothing.

i know it, i meant all grounds must be common or independent on the pertinax, may be they are same things i am not sure.
