IPC Standards for creating libraries?

Does anyone know where I can download IPC standards for creating proper schematic and pcb libraries/footprints?

You need to download from IPC website,also you can download the foot print caluclator lp7351 from pcblibraries.com.

Schematic symbol of IPC standard,i don't think you will get it for free anywhere from internet,just give a try.

For symbols, take a look at ANSI/IEEE Std 91-1984, IEEE Standard Symbols, I am sure you can find a copy by doing a Google search. You can also look at the Texas Instruments TTL Data Book for Design Engineers (https://focus.ti.com/lit/ml/sdyz001a/sdyz001a.pdf) that has the information that this specification was derived from.

Can you not read roab25??

You have a member of pcblibraries above advising you where the very latest calculator can be downloaded from.

They do a free viewer that tells you the pad sizes etc.
Go to the pcblibraries website to download it.

What PCB program are you wanting the footprints for? as they may already be available, saving you the time making then.
