Coupling Capacitance = 101fF/mm, R=38ohm/mm and Cground=36fF/mm.

FOR a Pi 5 model of a wire for 10 mm what should be the values?

Thx in anticipation.

Please see the attached file which doesn't show thw coupling cap.

Your wire length is 10mm, so the total resistance and capacitance to ground of this wire is 380ohm and 360fF, respectively.

The wire is modeled to 5-pi model.
In the 5-pi model, the value of R is 1/5 total resistance (76ohm).
The value of C is 1/5 total capacitance to ground (72fF).
(The capacitance in the two sides is only 36fF.)

The caculation of coupling cap. is the same as that of capactor to ground.

Similarly for T-model we do R/2 on both ends?

Both T-model or Pi-model should get very close result.
You can try to increase the number of the models to get the balance between speed and accuracy.
