interpreting floquet mode table in CST

Hello ,I am having a trouble connecting the theory and CST table shown bellow.
I have build a structure which radiates the 4th and the 6th floquet mode as shown bellow by CST.

I want to know for mode 4 the table says X=0 Y=1.
it doesnt say much when i am comparing it to the theoretical formulas.

What should i enter in my theoretical formulas to see the direction of propogation of the 4th CST mode?
