internal timestep too small in transient analysis

During Hspice run I am getting error
internal time step too small in transient analysis

wats the solution ?

internal timestep too small

a lot of ways:

set initial voltage of some nodes
use uic

microcap internal step too small

you can find solution in <inside spice>

internal times step in hspice

This is convergence problem. Try to set option "GMINDC" to larger value between 1e-4 to 1e-12. Default value is 1e12.

If this cannot solve, try to find convergence part in Hspice manual
