Hi

Im working on a project where i need to interface a nonvolatile memory device.
NV rams are expensive . So plan to go ahead with sd cards or some flash memory devices. Any suggestions on which is better?

Thanks

Sram can be used with P0 n P2 as lines for address n data. Can the same be done with sd ram and flash?
Or is spi / uart necessary?

SD card should be used using SPI protocol.. So first find out that if the controller supports SPI or not.... you can interface MMC or SD card......
