hiiiiiii,
i am using 8051 micro controller. and i want to use serial network management protocol. but i am unable to understand, how will i use it?
Please any one help me...

I guess, you should clarify your question. I'm not aware of commonly used term serial network management protocol. Instead you have simple network management protocol (SNMP) in ethernet, but I don't see how it would be particularly related to 8051? If you run a tiny TCPIP stack on a 8051 processor, e.g. uip or lwip, it's unlikely that you'll have room or need for SNMP.
