Hello friends,
I'm performing an experiment to get current temperature and light intensity of a room.
For this i'm using p89v51rd2 microcontroller, adc 0808, LDR and LM34.
I have few doubts:
1. Do i need to connect LM34 to an amplifier and then give that to adc or can i directly connect it.
2.How do i give a clock to adc? is it possible with 89v51?
3.How do i write the formula of digitally converted values at the microcontroller input in C languange.

you can find some information on: **broken link removed**

Here's a project in PDF, interfacing '51, ADC804 and LM series temperature sensor:

It should get you started in the right direction.
