interfacing gsm modem with 8051 to send SMS

hi, i have written the code but when i try to debug. It always struck at the line puts(Command_AT);. Actually i want to configure when mybit(LED) is on SMS will be SENT. Can anybody help me please? Thank You.

The same condition which sets mybit can be used to send SMS and after SMS is sent clear mybit and also the condition (flag) which was used to set mybit.
