Interfacing circuit of load cell with microcontroller

i want to interface load cell czl601 load cell with microcontroller 89c51..plz send me the circuit diagram as soon as possible..

Looking at the czl601 data sheet it provides 2 V output at 100% of its rated load. What do you want your micro proc to do with it?

by reading the output from load cell, further i want to send commands to the gsm modem

You can't directly interface the load with micro controller.

1. Amplify the Load cell voltage using Instrumentation amplifier

2. Then convert Analog Voltage to digital Voltage using ADC Converter.

3. Then ADC interface with micro controller.
