3 volt logic

hi every body

i want to interface 3 volt logic level sytem to 5 volt logic level sytem...
i am in indonesia, its quit difficult to find an transceiver ic like max3237,max3370,max3371 here..

so any idea to solve this problem..?
thanks for help
