Interface declaration in sentaurus TCAD

Deal all,
I am facing an issue when in used RegionInterface="osc/oxide" or MaterialInterface="Pentacene/Oxide" in sdevice file after a compilation it says
Unable to save dataset 'TrapOccupation_0(Ac,Ga)':
interface 'oxide/osc' not found in grid file n504_msh.tdr !

Below is my syntax for Traps
Physics(MaterialInterface="Pentacene/Oxide"){
Traps(Acceptor PooleFrenkel Conc= @Traps@ Gaussian fromMidBandGap EnergyMid=0. EnergySig=0.1
SFactor="PMIUserField0")
}

Kindly help me regarding on this
