In short its a huge task, i have not seen one implementation yet. The simple chhep BT Dongle does not have any intelligence and its all controlled by the BT stack which is on the PC. So if you can do this stack on the uC u will be able to communicate.
You can always get BT to serial modules which can be used to interact and are very simple to start with.
