Interdigitised layout of Differential Amplifier and Cascode Current Source

Hi,

I need to do the layout of the differential amplifier and cascode current source.

I referred to this paper
"A Perfect Matching Layout for Multiple Cascode Current Sources"
Details :2005 WSEAS Int. Conf. on DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS and CONTROL, Venice, Italy, November 2-4, 2005 (pp529-534)

Is it possible to do this without Full Custom layout?
Is it correct to alter the orientation of transistors? There would definitely be an impact on the mobility of the devices.
