intelligent mast

hello
There is a 5.8 GHZ transmitter that send signals in all directions.there a several receivers around it(between 2 to 9 km).the receivers have a mast that have a unidirectional antenna (24db).Is there a way that automatically adjust the antenna to get best signal strenght from transmitter?
Is there commercially available solutions? Is there OEM boards for doing this task and integrating it with my own system.

bye
