integration of embedded system & robot control system engineering

I have some doubts about integration of embedded system & control system engineering. In india at universities we are taught control theory subjects but in industries never applied. May be because of only maintenance work. Thanks in advance.

What's your question? If your industry doesn't use control theory, you're in the wrong industry. Control theory is applied in many, many industries: robotics, aerospace, automotive.
