Hi all,

I had a question about the maximum possible resistors in integrated circuits. I am designing a folded cascode circuit with CMFB, and I used two resistors for common mode sensing. I need these resistors to be very high in order not to decrease the gain, so what is the maximum value that I can use in design of an integrated system?

Depends on the process. If it provides resistance values in the order of 1 .. several kΩ/◻ , I'd use something around 1MΩ, min. width, & interleaved.
