integral parameterization in MATLAB

Hi,
I have attached an image related to my project in MATLAB. I want to use integral function which is parameterized. line 28, gives an error. the upper limit in integral function is a parameter. moreover, for example, we do not get any error in the integral available in the line 22. what is the problem?
