Instrumentation amplifier & Electrostatic Discharge

hi all

if Instrumentation amplifier got Electrostatic Discharge & got damaged ,how it behaves??
indeed my prob. now i have inst. amp. & it was working fine then at once its o/p became const
-about Vcc incase V+ & V- connected to gnd
-about Vcc/2 incase V+ & V- is floating & not connected ????


any tips for that

what i realy to know now does from the above details the Inst. Amp. is OVER or what ????

You can try to replace IC and see what will happen, also do not forget to use protection devices
