Instrument for showing phase magnitude of FFT spectrum

FFT spectrum

Depend on FFT formula, we can easily caculate the value of ampitude and phase.
But, have you seen any instrument that can show the phase value?
I havn't seen. but, I have seen it in Network analysis instruemnt.

If there is any spectrum instrument that can show phase magnitude.
please tell me which model, which brand?
