Can someone help me to find how can I find power for various sets of instructions for a particular processor core design.....................Like power analysis for an interrupt program / addition program / multiplivcation based on the instruction set..

Is there any instruction level power analysis tool?

Is there any provision to do the same in synopsys or xilinx?
