installing ASITIC on Win Xp?

ASITIC on WinXp?

Dear all,

Did anybody ever install ASITIC on windows XP succesfully?
I did install it already, but having warning message using running the program: unable to open init file .asitic.

Do I also need to have BLAS/LAPACK installed? as I don't know whether not such package for windows really exist.

Any suggestions are welcome

I try my best and cannot install on winXP

I only can use asitic under unix or linux. Someone use cgwin to run it under windows. But I can not make it work.

I have installed cgwin,but not install ASITIC under cygwin!
