cadence pdk

i am using cadence IC5141 for custom IC design in for my academic project.
any body please tell me the installation procedure for GPDK from cadence

I have donwload cadence GPDK180nm from
http://pdk.cadence.com

There is a gpdk180_referenceManual in the unzipped directory.
On page 7--8, it's introduction on how to install.

May this helps.
