Is it possible to install solaris and linux version LDV in the same directory?
if i link tools to tools.sun4v, the commands will excute fail under linux .
Anybody has good idea to install two version LDV in the same directory and share the doc ?

Usually, you can share cadence's directory among all supported Unix vendors i.e. Solaris, HP-UX and IBM-AIX. Anyway, I don't think you can share across platform between Unix and Linux.

I made it, just uses nfs share/mount

Do you really mean you can run LDV both in Unix and Linux from the same shared install directory?

no, not for LDV, but for other tools, didn't try LDV for cross platform install, because the link of tools.sun4v -> tools ,- tools.lnx86 may get conflict. I think it's the only problem.
