input offset for opamp

hi all!

what is the best way to measure the input offset of the opamp for CMOS ?
 

Same like any other opamp. Set high gain with two precision resistors and measure output for 0 input.

if the opamp input is nmos, set the input voltage to 0v, definitely the the opamp is off.
