Hi

I Am giving 16 inputs in a text file for a certain VHDL code . these inputs are coming one by one.
Can I consider them as 4*4 matrix Form??

I don't understand. What do you mean? Do you mean you are given stimulus to a testbench from a text file? What does a matrix have to do with it? Can you restate your question; maybe give us some more information about what you're trying to do?

If you want to.
You can also consider it as a stream of ones and zero's
You can use them however you want - it's your design.

Hi

Thanks for reply

I just want to ask , how to give inputs in matrix Form in VHDL
or as I mentioned Can I consider 16 inputs as a4*4 matrix Form??

So you are actually asking how to place the read-in data in a matrix.

Did you already try to read the file in two nested for loops?
