input and output impedence matching of LNA

After selecting the bias point for my transistor now i am doing input and output impedence matching.Somebody pls tell whether i should do input matching first or the output matching.Also someone suggeted me to match the output network to any low resistance first say 3 ohms and then match it to 50 ohms?Is this true?If the procedure is different plz let me know..
