Information on digital power meter

Hi,

I working on a Yokogawa, model WT2010 digital power meter. The unit gives an error message "Err 65" on display "D". Does anyone out there know the contents of this error message and how to remedy it.

Page 15-3 of the user's manual:
**broken link removed**

Error Code 65: Sampling clock (input element 1) failure. Service required.

I don't know how to fix it.
