information on a hot plate

hi all:
I'm looking for information on a hot plate in specific. It is a HOTPLATE 12.18453.196, EGO brand. He has a terminal block with 4 contacts, I've looked everywhere, but do not know how to connect. If anyone knows please help. Thanks in advance.
