inforamtion required on various fabricvation process technologies

Hi everyone,

We have different process nodes in semiconductor fabrication . Say TSMC have tsmc65lp,
tsmc45gs,tsmc45lp etc. Apart from the technology length , what are the other differences.
Is there any , document / site , which provides discription of these details in depth.

I don't think they disclose the details of fabrication process, but in TSMC term, lp stands for low power, which is usually done by lower operational voltage.
