Just a warning: RedHat 7.2 with default kernel (2.4.7-10) has some problems with modules when re-compiled for Pentium 4 processor. Compilation of modules goes OK, but afterwards there are lot of unresolved symbols and some devices (CDROM, etc.) does not work at all.

make dep
make
make bzImage
make modules
make modules_install
make install
